My coaching philosophy is centered on learning the basics and playing as hard as you can at all times. Volleyball is one of, if not, the most team-oriented sports. Since it is so team focused, communication is key so you can truly play as a whole. Once you become fundamentally sound, communicate well with each other, and play hard, you can compete with any team.
