My coaching philosophy is centered on creating competitive athletes first, followed by creating technically skilled volleyball players that strive for excellence both on and off the court. I aim to set an expectation of respect for self and others, hard work and personal responsibility, based on open and honest communication. Because I fully believe the teams that have the strongest mastery of fundamental skills are the most successful teams, I stress the importance of fundamental skills at any level
