Playing Experience:  4 years high school; 3 years boys club USAV; 5 years college club at Truman State; 12 years adult club, and multiple sand and indoor leagues

I believe that a good coach should strive to help players become better humans, stronger players, and more confident individuals. Helping them become better humans by instilling good sportsmanship and what it means to be a good team player and teammate. To help develop stronger players through mastering of the fundamentals and giving them a deeper knowledge of the game. Growing more confident individuals by guiding them through and helping them overcome the difficulties and adversities that players and young adults face.
