Welcome to PLVC 10s Program!
We are looking for 24 players to participate in a 12 week volleyball training program. Our program will consist of skill development, as well as game play. We will practice for 12 Sundays, leading up to the U10 Gateway Regional tournament.
Please join us for an informational night on Sunday, October 21st at St. John's UCC at 4:30pm.
Who: Girls born on or after September 1, 2008
Where: St. John's UCC - 15370 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield, MO 63017
When: Sundays, November 11-March 17 - 4:30-6:00pm
*Exact dates will be determined after team is established
Cost: $275 per player - Includes Gateway registration, Tournament Entry, adidas T-Shirt Jersey
There will be no tryouts for this program. Participation will be based on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration will open on Friday, October 26th. This program is sanctioned by the Gateway Region and all participating athletes will be registered with USAV.

Coaching experience: This will be Ken's 22nd year with PLVC. He has a degree in Physical Education from WUSTL and has coached select softball as well as volleyball. His 2003 14U team finished 3rd in the Northeast Qualifier and qualified for nationals that year and also the next year as a 15U team. His coaching philosophy is to develop each girl's individual skill level and to blend those skill sets into a cohesive team strategy while maintaining a positive and fun approach to the game; to create an atmosphere whereby the girls learn personal responsibility both on and off the court, to accept accountability for their play and interactions with teammates, and to understand the concepts of what being a team member requires.

Coaching Experience: This is Kathy's third year assisting Ken at PLVC. She too has a degree in Physical Education from WUSTL and also coached four years of CYC volleyball.
